Glenroe Lending is a real estate investment company devoted to changing lives for the people we care about. Our education centred approach teaches potential investors about real estate investing and generating passive income. Our multi-generational family run business aims to educate your family on how to create generational wealth.
What We Do
Glenroe Lending works directly with trusted real estate professionals to mortgage short term projects across Canada. Established relationships with these real estate experts ensures project success to yield maximum rates of return. We only invest in things we can control, understand, repossess if needed, and have extensive experience with (residential real estate).
How It Works
Since February 2020, the company has grown tremendously with family and friends becoming investors. Glenroe Lending invests in first place mortgages and equity placements to fund real estate projects across Canada. Capital invested in Glenroe is then used to fund 1st placed mortgages for our Real Estate clients. By making the decision to invest with Glenroe Lending, investors receive a generous rate of return paid monthly or quarterly depending on denomination.
