US Value Add Apartment LP Opportunity
In June of 2022, John started working with Marcin Drozdz, a Real Estate Capital Raising Coach and specialist in the US apartment space. As a result of this relationship, John made the decision to provide an opportunity for his investment followers to invest in owning US apartments together with M1 Capital (Marcin Drozdz).
