Eight Habits to Become Addicted to Daily

1. Wake up at 5 AM. It allows you to work out, plan your day, work on business and be more productive.

2. Write down your thoughts before bed. It will improve your quality of sleep. Write down your goals for tomorrow, what you’re grateful for, and any negative thoughts. It will improve your mental health dramatically.

3. Learn a high-income skill for 30 minutes a day. With inflation in taxes rising a high-income skill will save you financially.

4. Spend one hour a day exercising. To have good mental health you also have to have good physical health. Exercises that have the best results are running, swimming, and lifting weights. These will strengthen your body and keep your body in good shape.

5. Create a proper sleep schedule. Sleep is essential for your performance and mental health, reducing stress and improving your mood. To improve quality sleep, no screen time before bed, no eating two hours before bed, make your room cooler.

6. Take a 30-minute walk in nature. Nature is proven to help you cope with anxieties, increase happiness, and improve your mood. It’s one of the best hacks for improving your day.

7. Read 20 minutes a day. Reading strengthens your mind and also increases your focus, increase your knowledge, and increase your self-confidence. Just 20 pages a day will give you a huge return in life.

8. Sit in silence for 10 minutes a day. Your mind is racing with hundreds of thoughts every minute. Take 10 minutes to sit in silence, practice mindfulness, give your mind a break, and be present at the moment. It is an underrated have for your mental health.
