A number of years ago, I purchased a course through the Rich Dad Poor Dad organization called The Cash-Flow Academy. This was a course taught by Andy Tanner, Rich Dad’s adviser on paper assets. It has been by far one of the greatest purchases for financial education I have ever made. This education has emphasized the importance of understanding the importance to learn how to acquire cash flowing assets as a source of passive income. It truly has changed the way I think about money and consequently how I choose assets to invest in. Once someone realizes the importance of owning cash flowing assets (also known as "Golden Gooses”) the sooner they can experience financial freedom.

It is so important to study financial education and learn how money works to create passive income in your life and the lives of your family. School and traditional education don’t teach us this stuff. We have to look for this on our own.
