Focus Leads to Freedom

I was reading from Stefan Aarnio’s book “ Money People Deal “ this morning and came across some interesting thoughts regarding our Focus and how that relates to Freedom in our lives. 

Here are a few highlights that I thought were worth sharing with you.

Focus brings clarity to the mind. Focus brings success. Focus brings happiness.

Happiness in life is determined by what we focus on and choose to think about. If we are focused on our passions, obsess over them, and think about them frequently, we live happy and productive lives.

The enemy of Focus is too many Options. Usually the least happy people are the ones with the most options. Many people who “have it all” are often miserable, pursue bad habits or addictions and wind up being very unhappy. When we have too many options, focus erodes along with sanity and happiness. Discontent, anxiety and depression often set in over the longer term.

People with focus live life with the luxury of no options; no options to quit in relationships, marriages, business endeavours and other challenges life presents.

The luxury of no options brings clarity and extremely powerful focus to the mind. A focused mind will always find a way to achieve a clear, well thought out vision.

Life becomes very simple and fulfilling when there are no options. We are forced to focus on what we aspire to achieve and find happiness doing that.

When a person has “no options”, failure rates decrease and success rates dramatically increase for those individuals.

When we are focused and live a life with a “no options” options approach… we pursue freedom, freedom at all costs.

Ultimately…. Focus leads to Freedom

Take some time to ask yourself today “what you are focussed on and is that pursuing ultimate freedom for you?”
