The Importance of Focus

One of the lessons I have learned being a professional Real Estate investor the past twelve years is the importance of being focused.

Often a tendency of new real estate investors is to jump from one great idea to another and think that you are making great success by doing so. The reality is learning that focusing on one thing brings more success then trying to be good at many different things.

My definition of focus is as follows:

It’s important to remember that Real Estate investing is a journey. What we start out doing for projects changes as we gain experience and figure out that some ways of investing in Real Estate are different than others. The key is to find the method of investing that bests suites you, is profitable, is repeatable, and becomes boring. Once you figure that out, remain FOCUSED on it until you find repeated success!
